- Receive one single-use UK Standard Delivery code after every purchase, issued via email
- Limited to one free UK Standard Delivery per day.
- Codes are linked to the email address used to purchase the Shipping Pass and are non-transferable and can't be applied to orders already placed.
- Valid on UK Standard Delivery only. Excludes Express, Next Day, and international delivery.
- Delivery charges paid on previous orders are non-refundable.
- Missed or expired codes can't be reissued.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Shipping Pass or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
Summer Sale Returns Policy
Items marked Final Sale on individual product pages are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All other sale items can be returned in line with our standard Returns Policy.

Do I need a discount code?
No. Sale discounts are automatically applied to eligible items, so no code is needed. Any items not included in the Summer Sale will remain at full price.
Can you apply the sale discount to a previous order?
Unfortunately not. We can't apply sale discounts to orders placed before the sale started.
Can I use another discount during the sale?
Can I use another discount during the sale?No. Additional discounts can't be used on Summer Sale items, including loyalty rewards, student discount, or any other promotional codes.
Can I return my items?
Unfortunately, due to all sale items being final sale you cannot return the items unless faulty.
