Returns

We’ve made our returns easier. About time, right?

The good news is you can now return your order for refund or exchange in just a few easy steps. The bad news is, you will probably want to keep everything in your order.

What is your returns policy? 

You have 14 days to log the return on our portal from the date your order was fulfilled. If you are outside of this timeframe, the portal will reject your request & we will be unable to accept your return. 

We allow for all shipments to arrive back at our warehouse within 21 days from the date your order was fulfilled, allowing a further 7 days for shipping.

Products must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached.  

 

How do I make a return? 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return.

If your item was on pre-order when purchasing, please contact us ahead of applying for a return as this may not be successful through the usual portal.

If you've received a returns form in your parcel you can still return your order by following the instructions on this form.

Returns FAQ

What items can I return?

All items can be returned, excluding the following:  

- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

- Lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

- Facemasks cannot be returned due to health protection reasons

- Items with the tags or security ribbons removed

- Items with make-up, tan or any marks from wear or try-on

- Swimwear can be returned but must have the hygiene strip and tags still attached

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your refund will then be processed and the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 30 days from the date of your return for your refund to be processed.

If your return cannot be accepted due to not complying with our returns policy, we will be in touch via email to confirm that your item is being sent back to you. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently offer exchanges in the UK. You can also choose to exchange your item(s) on our returns portal. Simply state the item you’d like to receive in exchange for yours.

Once we’ve received your parcel back at our warehouse, we will be in touch via email to confirm this and your exchange will be dispatched to you. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability. 

If you are outside of the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or new style, please return the items to us for a refund and place a new order with the new items. 

Which courier do you use for return shipments?

Our UK return shipments are processed via DPD or Collect Plus.

Why is there no returns form in my parcel?

We’ve made our UK returns easier. About time, right? You can now easily create a return on our returns portal here.

Received a faulty item?

We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@sistersandseekers.com ahead of creating a return. Our team will endeavour to resolve this for you as efficiently & hassle-free as possible.

Do I need to include anything in my parcel?

For UK customers, you'll just need to include the items you're returning!

For international customers, please also include your returns form.

What if my item is a pre-order, will I get an extended returns window?

Yes, you'll have 14 days from the date your order was fulfillled to log the return on our portal.  

Then we allow a further 7 days for shipping.

If your item was on pre-order when purchasing, please contact us ahead of applying for a return as this may not be successful through the usual portal.

Can I return items from multiple orders in the same parcel?

Please create a seperate return for each order.
