Policies
Although we do our best to advise accurate delivery times, they may be extended during particularly busy periods for our carriers.
Order Processing
Orders are processed 7 days a week, excluding public holidays, but orders placed on next-day or express services after the stated cutoff points will experience an additional day for delivery on the timeframe stated.
Pre-Order Items
The estimated delivery date of pre-order items can be found within the product description, and any orders containing pre-order or delayed delivery products are ineligible for next day and express delivery options.
Your complete order will always be dispatched within one package, meaning that any orders which contain pre-order items will not be dispatched until the date stated on the pre-order item.
If you would like to receive your additional items prior to this date, we would recommend creating two separate orders.
Refunds
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable. Sisters & Seekers cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or stolen during transit, and any issues in this regard must be taken up with the courier or local depot. Find out more here.

Do I have to pay taxes and customs when my order arrives?
All taxes and custom charges are included within the total price at checkout. There are no additional charges when your order arrives unless stated otherwise.
Want to change your order or shipping address?
We will gladly attempt to amend your order and/or shipping address after the order has been received. Contact our Customer Care Team on support@sistersandseekers.com with your name and order number as soon as possible if you wish to do so.
Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been dispatched then we will be unable to update the shipping address.
